Selection procedure

  • The selection procedure contains several stages. Unless the date and time are confirmed, all timing should be considered indicative.
  • The application form of this selection procedure is split in two parts, each with a different deadline: in the first part you must declare your languages and confirm your eligibility; in the second part you must choose your languages 1 and 2 and fill in the remainder of the application form (diploma, motivation, work experience, etc.).
  • The languages offered for this competition will be announced by EPSO shortly after the end of the first application period.
  • The first part of the application form can be filled in in any EU official language, while the second part must be filled in in the language you have chosen as language 2.
  • You must meet the two deadlines (one for each part of the application form) in order to qualify for the next stage of the competition.
  • We will communicate with you via your EPSO account. There you will find all the information related to your progress in the procedure, such as invitations to the tests and your test results.
  • Please check your EPSO account at least twice a week during the selection procedure in order to stay updated.
