Overview of possible accommodations in the selection tests

EPSO has developed an overview of possible accommodations in selection tests for candidates with disabilities or specific needs including pregnant and breastfeeding candidates.

This document explains how we define reasonable accommodations and proposes a glossary of possible accommodations. For each type of accommodation, you can discover what it entails, at which test phase and in which test centres it is possible to grant it, and who is responsible for providing it.

Find out more about it here.

Please note that the glossary of accommodations is only indicative and not exhaustive, you can always request other accommodations based on your specific needs and condition(s). It is a living document and will be regularly updated based on the evolution in the field of reasonable accommodations, new requests for adjustments in the selection tests introduced by our candidates and new accommodations granted.
