Questions/Comments

​If you are interested in EU career opportunities and selection procedures, you can contact the EUROPE DIRECT Contact Centre (in any of the 24 official EU languages).

If you have a question on your selection procedure, your application or your tests, you should contact EPSO directly and you will usually receive an answer within 5 working days. However, more complex queries, or those requiring translation, may take longer.

After the successful submission of your question, you will receive by e-mail an acknowledgement with a reference number. Please mention this reference number in all subsequent correspondence with EPSO on the same subject. If you do not receive the acknowledgement after 5 minutes, please submit the message again.

Complaints

If you want to make a complaint on your application for one of our selection procedures, please submit your complaint via our form.
