Just in time for the European Diversity Month (which takes place every month of May), EPSO has finalised its in-depth analysis of the responses received to the diversity pilot survey that it launched in 2021.

Based on more than 6 000 replies received and on the voluntary self-declarations of the respondents, you can now read our new brochure, covering the main findings and conclusions, including key characteristics of EPSO’s current applicant pool.

In addition to the brochure, we have published a flyer showing key information of EPSO’s diversity pilot survey at a glance.

You also find additional feedback about the survey itself, its limitations as well as the next steps that we plan to take to further increase our outreach to underrepresented populations. The aim is to increase the diversity of EPSO’s candidate pool so that it better reflects the diversity of the Member States we serve.
