EU Careers -opiskelijalähettiläät
JOIN OUR TEAM
Are you a university student interested in gaining work experience and contacts? Are you outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic about the EU?
Then you may be our next brand ambassador! We are looking for volunteers to promote EU career opportunities in a variety of universities across the EU.
You will:
- Find out more about EU career opportunities and promote them to your fellow students
- Build an exciting student network across Europe
- Gain work experience to give your CV extra weight
- Develop your skills in public speaking, marketing and human resources
- Receive a full induction training and coaching throughout the role
- Get to meet high-ranking EU officials
- Receive a reference letter based on your performance
- Toimii EU-töistä kiinnostuneiden opiskelijoiden yhteyshenkilönä
- Kehittää korkeakoulujen välisiä verkostoja ja välittää tietoa EU-uramahdollisuuksista
- Levittää tietoa EU-uramahdollisuuksista sosiaalisessa mediassa ja muualla verkossa
- Pitää esityksiä, osallistuu korkeakoulujen työpaikkamessuille ja etsii kiinnostavia puhujia eri tilaisuuksiin
- Vastaa EU-tehtäviä koskeviin kysymyksiin
- Hakee sopivia kohderyhmiä ja pitää yhteyttä korkeakoulujen tiedonvälityskanaviin
- Jakaa tietoa EU-elinten työmahdollisuuksista jakelulistojen avulla ja muiden sopivien tiedotuskanavien kautta
Tutustu EU Careers -opiskelijalähettiläiden kokemuksiin:
- Järjestä vähintään yksi tapahtuma tai esittely EU:n työmahdollisuuksista tai osallistu sellaiseen
- Käytä opiskelijalähettilään tehtäviin vähintään kaksi tuntia viikossa
- Pidä säännöllisesti yhteyttä opiskelijalähettiläskoordinaattoriin
- Osallistu kaikkeen EPSOn verkossa tarjoamaan koulutukseen
- Pidä kirjaa toimistasi ja raportoi niistä säännöllisesti
- Erinomaiset viestintä- ja verkostoitumistaidot
- Halu oppia uutta ja jakaa tietoa
- Hyvät organisointitaidot
- Tuloksellisuus ja laatutietoisuus
Voit vapaasti päättää, miten paljon opiskelijalähettilään työtä pystyt opintojesi ohessa tekemään. Haemme lähettiläitä, jotka osaavat luovasti ja innovatiivisesti levittää tietoa työskentelystä EU:n palveluksessa.
The selection process for the 2025/2026 academic year will start in February/March 2025.
Apply if you are:
- An EU citizen;
- Fluent in English and in the language of the country in which you are studying;
- Available to take part in our compulsory two-day training course in October 2025;
- Enrolled and present at the university for the entire duration of the ambassador post (October 2025 - September 2026);
Please note that the list of participating universities has been established in collaboration with national governments. Currently we are unable to support ambassadors from other universities.
