What happens after I submit my application?

The recruiting services will search, at regular intervals, the database of all registered candidates and shortlist those who best fit the specific requirements related to each vacant post. Make sure to update your application every six months, to indicate your on-going interest and to remain visible and searchable in the database.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to book and sit a selection test organised by EPSO via their EPSO Account.

Check your EPSO Account regularly, as if shortlisted, you will receive an invitation to book a test date about a week before the opening of the booking window. The booking link will only be active for one week and you will be able to select a date from a range of two weeks following the period of booking. If you fail to book the test appointment, cancel the booking or are absent at the test centre, you will not be automatically re-invited to sit the same test. You might be preselected at a later stage for another opportunity.

The recruiting services are in charge of searching and selecting candidates. EPSO is only responsible for inviting candidates to book the tests and organisation of selection tests.
