What happens after the Assessment Centre?

You will receive the selection board's feedback in the form of a competency passport, along with the letter informing you of your overall results when the Assessment Centre period is over.

The competency passport consists of:

  • a general description of the competency framework;
  • a global overview of your strengths and weaknesses;
  • a description per competency of the main findings;
  • your results for each competency.

The competency passports of the successful candidates will be made available to human resources departments of the EU institutions, for recruitment purposes.

Successful candidates will receive further information on the recruitment process.
