You will receive the selection board's feedback in the form of a competency passport, along with the letter informing you of your overall results when the Assessment Centre period is over.
The competency passport consists of:
- a general description of the competency framework;
- a global overview of your strengths and weaknesses;
- a description per competency of the main findings;
- your results for each competency.
The competency passports of the successful candidates will be made available to human resources departments of the EU institutions, for recruitment purposes.
