What should I do if I encounter a technical or organisational problem during remotely proctored testing which might affect my test/performance?

Should an issue occur during remotely proctored testing, please ensure that you:

  • alert the Proctor via the LIVE PROCTOR feature (when in the exam) or a Prometric agent via the chat link to resolve the issue and request that the incident be logged in writing AND
  • notify EPSO within 3 calendar days after the test in writing via the online contact form with a brief description of the problem encountered. The obligation to inform EPSO applies in all cases (including when the contractor assures any follow-up).
