Tirocini nelle istituzioni, negli organi e negli organismi dell'UE

Il programma di tirocini è rivolto principalmente ai giovani laureati, senza escludere coloro che, nel quadro dell'apprendimento permanente, hanno recentemente ottenuto un diploma universitario e sono all'inizio di una nuova carriera professionale.

Chi può candidarsi:

• cittadini di uno Stato membro dell'Unione europea che abbiano come minimo 18 anni.
• I candidati devono avere un livello di studi corrispondente a un ciclo completo di studi universitari certificato da un diploma di laurea (conseguito in uno Stato membro dell'UE o provvisto di un certificato di equivalenza rilasciato dalle autorità di uno Stato membro), quando la durata normale di tali studi è di tre anni o più.
• I candidati non devono aver già beneficiato o beneficiare di qualsiasi tipo di tirocinio nell'ambito di un'istituzione o di un organo dell'Unione europea, né essere impiegati in alcun modo presso un'istituzione o un organo dell'Unione europea.

Durata: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: sì. 600 euro (contributo mensile) e 350 euro (indennità di alloggio).

Date di inizio: 1º settembre o 1º marzo.

Sono invitati a candidarsi per una visita di studio di breve durata gli studenti che desiderano completare un loro progetto o scoprire come gli enti locali e regionali contribuiscono al processo legislativo europeo in ambiti quali la cittadinanza, la coesione, i cambiamenti climatici, gli appalti pubblici o la sicurezza. Le visite di studio costituiscono un'ottima opportunità per approfondire la dimensione geografica delle politiche dell'UE. Inoltre, offrono l'occasione di consolidare la preparazione accademica con un'esperienza diretta delle attività di un organo consultivo europeo.

Le visite di studio non vengono retribuite dal CdR. Per essere ammessi a una visita di studio, i candidati devono:

• fornire la prova del finanziamento da parte di un altro organismo, come un'università, un ente pubblico/privato o una ONG, sotto forma di borsa di studio, sovvenzione, ecc.
• oppure fornire la prova che la visita di studio è parte integrante del loro percorso formativo (ad esempio, se è richiesta nell'ambito della ricerca per la tesi o per completare il corso di studi).

Chi può candidarsi: i cittadini dell'Unione europea.

I cittadini di paesi extra UE (compreso il Regno Unito) possono presentare domanda ed essere selezionati in casi eccezionali, specie se la loro candidatura riveste particolare interesse per il CdR e se rispondono ai requisiti previsti in materia di immigrazione dalla legislazione nazionale del Belgio per soggiornare e lavorare legalmente nel paese.

Il candidato deve possedere almeno un diploma di laurea di primo livello (oppure aver completato la metà del percorso accademico di una laurea di primo livello ritenuta pertinente per il lavoro del CdR).

I candidati devono avere un'eccellente conoscenza di una delle lingue ufficiali dell'UE e una conoscenza soddisfacente del francese o dell'inglese.

Durata: da 1 a 4 mesi (la visita può essere estesa fino a 6 mesi, in funzione delle risorse disponibili).

The EBA offers paid traineeships for recent graduates with the aim to provide them with a unique and first-hand experience of the workings of the EBA, an understanding of the objectives including goals of financial regulation and oversight generally, and specifically of the objectives of the EBA. The selected trainees will have the opportunity to develop expertise in the areas of Executive Office, Prudential Regulation and Supervision, Innovation, Conduct and Consumers, Economic and Risk Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting and Transparency,  Operations, Governance and External Affairs and Legal and Compliance. They will contribute to the everyday work of the Authority and learn about the EU Agencies’ working environment while enjoying an exciting life in Paris.

Who can apply: Nationals of an EU or EEA member state who have completed the first cycle (bachelor’s degree) of a higher education course (university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent prior the submission of the traineeship application (note that the last education diploma has to have been obtained no longer than three years prior to the submission of the application).

Duration: initial period of 6 (six) months and can be extended for a further period of up to 12 (twelve) months, not exceeding a total duration of 18 (eighteen) months.

Paid: Traineeship grant (30% of the basic salary for grade AD5 step 1, multiplied by the weighting factor for Paris, France).

Il programma è aperto al personale o ai tirocinanti di una pubblica amministrazione nazionale, regionale o locale di uno Stato membro dell'UE e permette sia al CdR che all'istituzione da cui dipende il funzionario di migliorare le possibilità di collaborazione e di messa in rete. Inoltre, i funzionari che partecipano a questo tipo di scambio hanno l'occasione di scoprire il lavoro del CdR, sviluppando nel contempo le loro abilità, competenze e conoscenze.

Chi può candidarsi: il personale di una pubblica amministrazione nazionale, regionale o locale di uno Stato membro dell'UE.

The European Court of Auditors organises three traineeship sessions per year in areas of interest to its work.

Who can apply: EU nationals who either hold a recognised university-level diploma or who have completed at least four semesters of university study in an area of interest to the Court (Audit, Budget, Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Translation, Communication, International Relations, Legal).

Duration: 3 to 5 months.

Paid: They may be paid (1 500 euros/month) or unpaid, depending on the budgetary appropriations available.

Starting Dates: 01 March, 01 May and 01 October, every year.

EDA annually runs a 1-year Traineeship Programme aimed at recent university graduates who want to transition to the world of work in an organisation at the heart of defence cooperation in Europe.

The JRC offers a stimulating, multicultural and multi-disciplinary research environment for trainees. 

Who can apply: Nationals of the Member States of the EU or of the countries associated to the Research Framework Programmes. 

Duration: 3 to 5 months.

Paid: Yes. Amount depending on place of recruitment.

Starting Dates: October and March (2 arrival session on a yearly basis).

ECHA is looking for newly qualified graduates who are willing to contribute to the everyday work of the Agency.

There are up to 20 graduate traineeship opportunities per year in scientific fields such as chemistry, toxicology, biology, environmental science, and technologies, as well as in administrative fields such as law, communications, finance, human resources, and ICT. The traineeships usually start in the beginning of March or September.

The trainee scheme is designed for:

• Recent university graduates and holders of a technical or professional qualification of an equivalent level in fields relevant to applicable chemicals legislation or other fields relevant to the administration tasks of an EU institution
• Public or private sector employees engaged in graduate-level work in fields relevant to applicable chemicals legislation.

Duration

Traineeships last six months and may not be extended beyond this period.

Grants

The graduate trainee scheme offers a grant of approximately €1632.

Trainees who continue to receive remuneration from their employer, or any other grant or allowance will only be entitled to a grant from ECHA if the amount they receive is less than the one indicated above. In this case, trainees will receive an amount equal to the difference between their income and the level of ECHA's grant.

Trainees in employment must provide a declaration of remuneration, expenses and allowances signed by their employer.

Eligibility Criteria

To apply for a graduate traineeship, you must:

• Be a national of a Member State of the EU or a national of the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein). Nationals of candidate countries benefiting from a pre-accession strategy can also be accepted according to the availability of budgetary resources and the ECHAs capacity to host them. A limited number of nationals of non-Member States may also be accepted.
• Be able to communicate in English as this is the working language of ECHA.
• Have obtained a university degree or equivalent or you are engaged in graduate-level work in fields relevant ECHA.

You will be invited for a telephone interview if you are selected.

Trainees do not benefit from sickness insurance. Before the start of your traineeship, you must prove you are covered by a sickness and accident insurance valid in Finland.

Traineeships are not offered to applicants who have already been a trainee in a European institution or body, employed by a European institution or body, or worked for ECHA as an interim staff member, researcher or in house expert for more than eight weeks.
