ES karjeras “vēstnieki” augstskolās

Are you a university student interested in gaining work experience and contacts? Are you outgoing, motivated and enthusiastic about the EU?
Then you may be our next brand ambassador! We are looking for volunteers to promote EU career opportunities in a variety of universities across the EU.
You will:
- Find out more about EU career opportunities and promote them to your fellow students
- Build an exciting student network across Europe
- Gain work experience to give your CV extra weight
- Develop your skills in public speaking, marketing and human resources
- Receive a full induction training and coaching throughout the role
- Get to meet high-ranking EU officials
- Receive a reference letter based on your performance
- Būt par kontaktpersonu studentiem, kam ir interese par karjeru ES iestādēs,
- veidot universitāšu tīklus un sniegt informāciju par darbu ES iestādēs,
- aktīvi līdzdarboties sociālajos medijos un internetā,
- sniegt prezentācijas, piedalīties augstskolu karjeras konsultāciju pasākumos un atrast interesantus lektorus,
- atbildēt uz jautājumiem par karjeras iespējām ES iestādēs,
- izpētīt mērķgrupas un sazināties ar augstskolas medijiem,
- izveidot vēstkopas un attiecīgos kanālos izplatīt informāciju par karjeras iespējām ES iestādēs.
Uzziniet vairāk no ES karjeras “vēstniekiem”:
- Organizēt vismaz vienu informatīvu pasākumu vai prezentāciju par karjeru ES iestādēs vai tādā piedalīties,
- “vēstnieka” darbam veltīt vismaz divas stundas nedēļā,
- regulāri sazināties ar mūsu karjeras koordinatoru,
- piedalīties visos mācību pasākumos, ko EPSO nodrošina tiešsaistē,
- pierakstīt veiktās darbības un regulāri atskaitīties par tām,
- izcilas komunikācijas un tīklošanās prasmes,
- vēlme dalīties pieredzē un mācīties,
- organizatora talants,
- spēja nodrošināt kvalitāti un rezultātu.
Jūsu ziņā būs izlemt, cik daudz laika līdztekus akadēmiskajām studijām varēsiet veltīt “vēstnieka” pienākumiem. Mēs meklējam radošus ES karjeras “vēstniekus” ar svaigām idejām, kā popularizēt darbu ES iestādēs!
The selection process for the 2025/2026 academic year will start in February/March 2025.
Apply if you are:
- An EU citizen;
- Fluent in English and in the language of the country in which you are studying;
- Available to take part in our compulsory two-day training course in October 2025;
- Enrolled and present at the university for the entire duration of the ambassador post (October 2025 - September 2026);
Please note that the list of participating universities has been established in collaboration with national governments. Currently we are unable to support ambassadors from other universities.
